YES! We have the medical forms done!!!

YES, YES, YES!!! We took our daughter to the Urgicare today and the doctor filled out her medical form for the adoption! It's done! Our home study is done! The only thing left to do is get all the paperwork finalized and notarized!

WE ARE CELEBRATING HERE!!!
